Our Lean Six Sigma training course for Black Belt would be ideal for individuals who currently hold aGreen Belt certificateand who are looking to take their knowledge and experience to the next level, as a senior manager. At Black Belt level, you will mentor, advising, and support Yellow and Green Belts, and take on senior project responsibilities.
This Black Belt training course is also suitable for individuals with little to no experience, who are looking to move into a project management role as a Lean Six Sigma professional.

On completion of the course you will be able to:
- Utilise a wide array of analytical and graphical tools associated with Six Sigma (at the Black Belt level)
