Course description
Public Services Level 1 Diploma: This is a practical, work related course, which develops the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding to provide a sound, basic public services grounding. This qualification will give you experience in a wide range of skills from leadership, teamwork and verbal and non-verbal communication. You will also take part in work experience or a work based project during non-college days.
