Week 2: Portfolio Prioritization & Enterprise Funding Models

Apply value-centric prioritization frameworks at enterprise level and align funding to maximize ROI while managing risks and competing fiercely in the marketplace

Week 3: Managing end-to-end Product Lifecycle

Initial product launch (0-1) to continuous discovery and delivery frameworks that constantly add incremental value through various product lifecycle stages

Week 4: Product Portfolio & Business Model

  • Shaping a product portfolio, defining optimization and funding strategies including deceleration and rationalization
  • Creating a product-centric Business Model
