Whether you are looking to develop junior staff with supervisory potential or want to support current team leaders with new skills and understanding of management, the ETI programme is for you.

ETI Consultancy delivers the off-the-job aspect of the Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship. This takes place on your premises and around your employees’ shift patterns to suit you.

The off-the-job training normally consists of 17 face-to-face training days, one-to-one review sessions, 35 project days and plenty of support, encouragement and guidance over a 14 month period.
