Course description
The appropriate management in the peri-anaesthetic period helps makes those high risk cases a little less stressful for the veterinary nurse. This course will include drug and management protocols for some of the more challenging cases seen in practice.
Specific areas to be covered:
- Brachycephalic breeds
- Caesarean section
- Hyperthyroidism
- Patients with heart disease
- Trauma patients
- Patients with neurological disease
- Aggressive dogs
