Course description
Course summary
The crashing patient is the most scary situation to be in if you’re not prepared.
In these sessions we will focus on developing your skills, firstly in preventing a patient deteriorating, by learning to pick up on the small changes which precede the emergency situation. We will also explore the ways we can discuss resuscitation codes with owners, and how we can organise the practice for if the worst happens and you are presented with a crashing patient. This day will include training that you can develop within your own practice to ensure smooth and calm handing of such cases.
This day will certainly get your own adrenaline going, with practical sessions and CPCR training.
