This accounting training course delivered in house by Financial Fluency covers the principles of charity accounting and provides an overview of the relevant auditing framework and legislation.

Legislative requirements, including the Charities Act of 2006 and the Provisions in the Trust deed, are first presented then put in the context of accounting for charities. Finally, the course discusses frequently encountered issues in auditing, such as audit threshold, the Practice Note 11 and whistle blowing.
