Offering flexible is paramount, when we are working with small and medium sized employers and through this we pride ourselves in delivering bespoke training and intervention training (additional specific needs identified during IAG with the employer/apprentice) in order to keep our learners focused, motivated and inspired (at a time and place to suit both our learners and employers) and provide the skills and attitudes the employer needs to grow and develop their business.
