Senior Leadership Programme - CMI Level 7
This Level 7 accredited Senior Leadership Programme presents professionals with the opportunity to dedicate themselves to their continued professional development; providing a platform to learn, reflect and grow.
The programme has been designed to help leaders gain a better understanding of the corporate dynamics within their senior management teams and enable them to evaluate and improve their personal approach to leadership. In exploring a range of different leadership styles, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on and analyse their own approach.
