Root Cause Analysis Level 1
This two-day Root Cause Analysis Level 1 course provides a framework for systematically analysing, identifying and understanding the cause-and-effect relationship of an event or circumstance. RCA has gained recognition in the risk management field for its simple, yet scalable processes.
The course goes through the entire Root Cause Analysis process, including ways to identify how to stop negative events from reoccurring and examining successful events so that circumstances can be replicated. Delivered over two days, this course is held regularly in London.
