The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt offers an introductory basis for developing your skills as a team leader or team member that seeks to resolve inefficiencies or solve problems in a way that maximises results and minimises waste. You can run smaller improvement projects with this certification before working your way up to more senior prospects.
Once completing their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, most students looking to become specialists progress to theLean Six Sigma Green Belt and validate their skills as credible Process Improvement Professionals.
