JAR works within the educational sector. JAR specialise in delivering training for employers in several localities across the U.K

JAR's main areas of provision are apprenticeships for young adults particularly 16-18 yeas age . They work with several employers providing training for activity leaders to support their roles in schools delivering key stage 1-4 education and activity enrichment.
The team are highly experienced in education and sport. Several team members were professional athletes in various sports. Other team members work for and with awarding bodies such as Pearson, Active IQ, within quality assurance and qualification development.

JAR delivers high quality provision centred around the needs of the apprentices.
