CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce - Early Years Educator (Adult Learners)

This qualification is for all those who wish to work in the Early Years Sector. It will cover the age range from birth to five years. Mandatory units include:

• Understanding how to support positive outcomes for children and young people
• The context and principles of early years provision
• Promoting learning and development in the early years
• Promoting children’s welfare and well-being in the early years
• Professional practice in work with children in their early years
• Supporting children’s speech, language and communication
• Longitudinal study

Candidates may be able to progress onto a Foundation Degree.
