Evening Study Class – RICS Valuation Professional Standards (Commercial, Valuation, Residential, Planning and Development Pathways)
Covers the structure of RICS Valuation Professional Standards and how they are used in practice. The various bases of value will be investigated and the way valuers need to report to clients when following the Standards.
Relevant RICS material will be used in this session.
Includes a Course Reader and a 20 question post course multiple choice assessment to practise what has been learnt.
London from 6 - 8pm.
