Course description
Covers the structure of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and the renewal processes including landlord’s opposition to a renewal tenancy. The use of PACT to resolve disputes will also be looked at.
Relevant RICS material will be used in this session.
Includes a Course Reader and a 20 question post course multiple choice assessment to practise what has been learnt.
The evening classes are held in London from 6 - 8pm.
