Course description
This course includes an introduction to: the principle; political arena; lease mechanism; drafting leases; activation; rental valuation; and dispute resolution.
The two hour evening classes are mainly designed for Commercial, Valuation and Residential Survey option candidates. Each course is a mixture of lecture presentations and workshop exercises supported with detailed revision notes. The evening classes are held at The Friends House, 173 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ from 6 - 8pm.
