Course description
This qualification aims to provide learners with a range of underpinning knowledge in both generic and specialist cleaning principles. The training is current and meets the needs of learners who work or want to work in the cleaning sector. The objective of this qualification is to help learners to develop their knowledge and understanding of the skills required for working in the cleaning sector.

Suitability - Who should attend?
- Learners must be 16+
- Resident in the UK/EU for 3+ years, for purposes other than to study
- Must not be already on an apprenticeship
Who is this course suitable for?
The purpose of this qualification is to allow learners to demonstrate understanding of the principles of cleaning. It will help learners progress to a work role where cleaning principles and handling of waste knowledge is required.

- Understand dealing with Routine and Non-Routine Waste
- Understand Health and Safety for the Cleaning and
- Support Services Industry
- Understand Working with Customers and Others in the Cleaning and Support Services Industry
- Understand Cleaning of Interiors and Washrooms
