Learning & Development Essentials
This course will introduce Participants to the concept of the learning culture and to demonstrate how it can be used to transform an organization to achieve its goals. Participants will also get a thorough appreciation of the key elements of organizational culture and their importance. They will develop the skills needed to create a learning culture.
The course will wrap with a summary of the key learning points, followed by an action planning exercise with a view to apply the acquired knowledge and skills immediately upon your return to work. Post-course support is also available in relation to the implementation of your action plan, up to six (6) months following course completion.
