Course description

When organisations operating at a faster speed, it must use entrepreneurial thinking to generate innovative ideas that create value for customers, design digital or IT-enabled services quickly using advanced technologies, and build organizational capability to deliver such services to meet customer expectations.

Faster design and delivery of these digital services requires agility within the IT system and business architectures under the co-leadership of IT and business executives. This is in essence the definition of digital leadership—a process that is essential to developing and sustaining a culture of innovation by bringing ideas to fruition quickly using an agile IT and business architecture.

Digital leadership is a strategic use of a companies’ digital assets to achieve business goals. This can be dealt with both organizationally and at an individual level. Looking at it from an individual level, this is often carried out by those responsible for overseeing the digital assets.

Digital leadership ensures that your workers eliminate tasks that wasted time in the past. With the automation of some of these tasks, employees can spend more time on important matters like talking to prospects and attending to customers.

You will become a digitally informed, empowered leader and know how to prepare and help your organization respond more effectively to technology-driven change!
