Our Coaching and Mentoring Programme for Effective Leaders is a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Award. It’s crucial education for practising managers and individuals aspiring to a more senior role.

Course delivery details
Four virtual 4.5-hour sessions, plus individual support and virtual guided learning and application – typically over 10 weeks and requires approximately 60 learning hours total.
