Motivating High Performing Teams
A high-energy, 1-day interactive Motivating High Performing Teams workshop where we explore what makes a ‘High Performing Team’ and demonstrate that a cohesive team is more productive than any one person as an individual. We ‘play’ with established teamwork and motivation theories to provide managers with invaluable insight into what creates the most productive environment and stimulus for individual team members.
