According to the Health & Safety Executive, more than 0.9 million work-related stress, depression or anxiety cases were reported in 2021/22 - a staggering 51% of all reported work-related ill health cases.


Now, more than ever, it is important for workplaces to consider what their culture looks like, identify how to support, and suppress psychosocial hazards, and create an open culture where employees feel able to raise their concerns without ramifications.


This virtual classroom seminar with Alicia Collinson will explore what a psychosocial hazard is and how can employers identify them, as well as how employers evaluate and consider their culture, and how can it be changed.
