There have been several significant developments recently in the area of injunctions as they affect children and families.
Injunctions play a part in all aspects of family and children law, ranging from cases involving personal conduct, occupation of the family home, marriage and harassment cases. This online session will explore what orders are available, when to apply and often the tricky question of how to apply, and also how to respond to such applications.
The Family Law Act 1996 will be discussed in detail, along with the criteria for orders, drafting documents, protection from harassment and much more.
