Presented by construction law expert Joanne Clarke, this webinar will provide you with an overview of the types of tiered dispute resolution clauses and ADR commonly used to resolve disputes. It will explain the types and function of dispute boards and, in more detail, FIDIC DABs and DAABs, including their appointment, jurisdiction, procedure, the status of the decision they will issue, and how that decision may be enforced.
