Presented by expert speaker Joan Smith, this short webinar will provide experienced practitioners with an update on the latest licensing case law developments, their impact, and implications, with a particular focus on taxis and alcohol matters.


Topics to be covered include licensed premises and the latest on Martyn’s Law and the Protect duty, as well as issues raised in The Porky Pint Ltd v Stockton On Tees Borough Council.


Joan will also consider the role of Human Rights in licensing, and if the time has come for the introduction of car wash licensing.
