This webinar considers the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020, commonly referred to as no-fault divorce, which came into effect in April 2022.

The webinar will consider how the Act has changed our working and investigate issues which have arisen with the implementation of the change in the law. It will also look in a little more detail at the rules which accompany the Act and how they are playing out in daily practice.

Presented by expert barrister Katharine Bundell, the topics discussed will include regular practice points which arise, the new Family Procedure Rules which came into effect alongside the Act, and useful practice points for the new system as it beds down.
