We all have our own stereotypes and prejudices, and they might creep into the decisions that we make. This is commonly referred to as our unconscious bias.


This 30-minute e-Learning programme with employment law specialist Kathy Daniels is designed to raise awareness of unconscious bias and how it occurs. Consideration will be given to the different examples of unconscious bias and the way they affect the decisions we make and the conclusions that we reach. In addition, the programme will explore the impact of unconscious bias on the development of prejudice, the behaviour of groups and the way that it impacts on effective diversity.
