Our learning academy at Rotherham's New York Stadium supports those starting a career on the tools, along with upskilling those already in the repairs, maintenance & construction sector. We work with employers, contractors and registered providers, to develop work-based learning programmes, that will enable participants to achieve nationally recognised qualifications. Our experience in the sector makes us uniquely placed to understand its need. We look to tackle skills shortages by delivering high-quality education apprenticeship programmes, to increase the skills, knowledge and behaviours that are needed in the workplace. Our smaller class sizes, means we can offer one-to-one support to our students, which leads to excellent success rates
