ILM Diploma for Leaders and Managers - Level 5
This qualification is designed for new and aspiring middle managers seeking a thorough grounding in their role and responsibilities, plus the opportunity to consolidate and further develop the key skills and knowledge they need at this level.
Students enrolling under the apprenticeship framework will also complete a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management, which is embedded throughout the programme.

Suitability - Who should attend?
- You must provide evidence of a writing at Level 2 English, which is evidenced through initial assessments undertaken at enrolment.
- You must also provide evidence of a Level 3 qualification in first-line management or relevant work-related experience.
