Course description

Under the Rent Smart Wales licensing scheme agents, individual or company, who carry out lettings and management work at rental properties in Wales on behalf of landlords must hold a licence. As part of the application agents must successfully complete a training course and assessment to support this. Please refer to the Rent Smart Wales website for full details of compliance before purchasing this course.
