Course description
All self-managing landlords must hold a licence issued by Rent Smart Wales. The NRLA is an approved training provider to deliver this course which forms part of the licence application and has been awarded high assurance for the quality of delivery. Please refer to the Rent Smart Wales website for more information regarding the licence application. You will be required to complete an assessment once you have completed the course and your certificate will be available to download upon successful completion. If you are not successful on your first attempt you will be able to re-purchase the course.
