NPL is the UK's National Measurement Institute, and is a world-leading centre of excellence in developing and applying the most accurate measurement standards, science and technology available. We have 388 laboratories in a 36,000 square metre purpose-built building, and we are responsible for disseminating good practice to the measurement community.
