Course description
CeMAP®, which stands for ‘Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice’ is the industry standard qualification held by Mortgage Advisers in the UK. It is the benchmark qualification in the financial services industry. This package contains 2 of 3 modules you will need to complete in order to achieve the Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP®).
Course Content
Each of these units has a 30 minute objectively tested examination comprising of 25 multiple choice questions.
CeMAP® Module 2 Mortgages (MORT)
- Unit 3 - Mortgage law, policy practice and markets
- Unit 4 - Mortgage Applications
- Unit 5 - Mortgage payment methods and products
- Unit 6 - Mortgage arrears and post completion
CeMAP® Module 3 Assessment of Mortgage Advice (ASSM)
- Unit 7: Assessment of Mortgage Advice Knowledge
