Course description
Study 7/8 units from the management subjects listed below to achieve the Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership. This is the benchmark qualification for full CMI membership, taking you another step towards Chartered Manager status, and is designed for middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their key skills. Study a combination of the units listed below to achieve a minimum of 370 hours. Once you have completed your hours, you will achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership. This is the benchmark qualification for full CMI membership, taking you another step towards Chartered Manager status, and is designed for middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their key skills. This course is suitable for managers and leaders who report to a senior manager or business owner and requires 370 hours study across a range of units in varying management disciplines. You will have access to your course materials via an online learning portal, as well as an experienced and friendly tutor who will offer guidance, support and advice. Your tutor will liaise with you in advance of starting the course to ascertain the best unit(s) for you to study, based on your desired outcome. Some unit combinations are not allowed, due to content duplication. Your tutor will be able to advise further. You will get CMI membership on registration.
