We provide non-clinical business orientated training and education for the Primary Care sector across the UK working with General Practitioners and Practice Managers. The program includes regional and national events, one-day workshops, a national conference and diplomas in Leadership & Management. We use the ADDIE model which is the generic process traditionally used by instructional designers and training developers. The five phases Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation represent a dynamic, flexible guideline for building effective training and performance support tools. We work with both the apprentice and the employer to ensure content and delivery is structured to attain maximum benefit for both parties.
