Premier Academy aims to support employers to recruit, train and retain apprentices ensuring they have the right skills, and knowledge to provide high quality care and support. The Academy specialises in delivering high quality training in adult care and will deliver in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshires.

The Academy will support employers to up-skill their workforce supporting business growth. The Academy will support eligible employers to claim WFD and AGE funding as a contribution towards your learning and development costs.

Delivery is well structured to support apprentices to achieve their goals and career aspirations. All Trainer/Assessors have previous experience working in a domiciliary/residential care setting.
