CMI Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (Level 7): A distance learning programme
CMI Diploma - can be completed in 9 to 12 Months
This hands-on management course is designed to guide learners through practical skills and techniques for working at the strategic management level. Course material is designed to prepare learners to take on senior management responsibilities and guide the implementation of an organisation's strategy. Course material covers the key elements of organisational strategy and senior management, including strategic planning, developing the marketing strategy, and reviewing organisational strategy plans and performance.
Study Method
Participation in this diploma programme can begin two to three times a year, at which point delegates are free to complete the programme at their own pace. This Diploma is available as a supported learning package. Delegates are provided with all the necessary study materials for successful completion, including study guides, text books, practice questions, and online resources. Learners will study at their own pace and be supported throughout the course by a tutor who you can contact, and who can answer questions about the course content and help you with assessment queries.

Suitability - Who should attend?
This CMI Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (Level 7) is designed for middle or senior managers hoping to gain an in-depth understanding of organisational strategy.
Pre-requisites
This level five qualification has no explicit pre-requisites. It is however highly recommended for middle and senior management with approximately 10 years of management experience.
Non-native English speakers: evidence of at least IELTS level 6.5 or Trinity ISE III/IV will also be required.
