- 11:00 - 12:00 Develop a Series of Measurements and Targets (What are the targets and how will they be achieved)
- 12:00 - 13:00 Match the Resources to the Targets (How are resources secured?)
- 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
- 14:00 - 15:00 Develop the System which will Implement the Measurement Process (How will the measurements be made part of the business process)
- 15:00 - 16:00 Set up the Monitoring Process
- 16:00 - 16:30 Set up Action Plan for Own Business
- 16:30 Summary & Action Plans Agreed
