I have had the opportunity to learn new skills like customer care. Since starting this course I now I feel like I have a purpose.

The course is giving me information that I can use to my benefit in my current job role and to develop my career.

Team Leading was a really valuable and fulfilling course it has taught me a lot and given me tools that I didn’t have previously.

I can now think and behave like manger, I can deal with failure and know how to become leader from manager.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and I am over the moon with my results, and so thank you to Realise!
