Redcar & Cleveland Adult Learning Service ( R&CALS ) provides Apprenticeship programmes including; Health and Social Care, Environmental Services, Business Administration and Customer Services. R&CALS provide apprentices with skills and knowledge, ensuring they are fully qualified employees. R&CALS is a non-profit making educational provider; we do the best for our apprentices ensuring that they are on the right programme. We only employ tutors that are qualified in their area of expertise to give the best training. R&CALS provide a supportive environment for apprentices and will be available for employers to support them. We strive to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, both from employers and apprentices. R&CALS will assist with any maths and English requirements needed for the apprenticeship and will support all apprentices to meet the compulsory standards required.
