Course description

This exciting course brings a new perspective to the benefits of modern performance management as part of talent management. Many organisations struggle to make their performance management systems work as intended and hence the desired outcomes for key talent are missed, leading to problems of low motivation and attrition. We explore the difference leaders and managers can make to driving a high-performance culture enabling the effective use of any existing PM systems you may have in place.
