They will:

• market your apprenticeship to attract new candidates
• meet and screen candidate apprentices
• prepare a shortlist of applicants for you to interview
• plan apprenticeship interviews with you
• check references and DBS records
• make job offers
• arrange training for your apprentice(s)

In many cases they can start straight away because they maintain a pool of good to go, ready to employ candidates. They can also offer you a candidate for a 100 hour work placement so you can try before you invest.
