Introduction
Dream of running your own cake business? This course introduces you to the basics of Tracy Bakes and cookies. You'll learn a variety methods to produce the perfect biscuits with a professional finish.
On this course you'll learn to prepare and bake a range of delicious cakes. You will explore skills and techniques, which will give you the confidence you need to create tray bake items, like brownies at home for any occasion.
Assessment
Your teacher will give you feedback and advice. You'll work with your classmates to evaluate each other's work. You'll also complete an individual learning plan.
