This course is suitable for any learner looking to develop and enhance their knowledge and understanding of project management in the workplace. Learners will learn about both the theory and practice of project management.
There are no formal qualifications required to undertake this course. Although, we would recommend that you have completed a Level 2 course before starting a Level 3. To secure your place please return the completed application form (found on the course webpage on the Step Into Learning website). After this, we will be in touch to arrange next steps.

Training Course Content
Learners will develop their knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of project management skills, which they will then be able to implement in their own workplace. The course will help learners understand the principles of project management, project management in relation to business and software that can be used to aid project management. The course units are as follows:
- Principles of project management
- Project management for a business
- Project management software
This is an internally assessed qualification – the work carried out in each session is used to evidence completion of the qualification.
Course delivery details
This course is delivered online and is self paced. You will be allocated a tutor should you have any questions or need any support as you complete your qualification.
