A well structured course with regular breaks.
Most useful topic: Assertiveness framework
It was great; but I completed a 3 day chartered Institute of management course a few years back so a lot of this was perhaps aimed at someone slightly less experienced.
Possibly a whole day in front of a screen is too long

Comments - Excellent course and excellent trainer. Suggestion -May be encourage having cameras on during breakout areas so can see team in small groups.
