Very useful and informative course on recruitment. Grateful that Dennis could touch on interviewing remotely considering the current climate.
I would have found the course slides useful post-event. Perhaps there might be some way to facilitate this.
Would be good to spend some more time on developing questions; based on a CV - more hands on practice Role playing to practice interviews
Some diversification of materials - eg case studies; video; images; quiz; flash cards etc might help mix it up. But Dennis was great and there were just two of us on the course ...
Great course far exceeded my expectations and I learned a lot - it made me think outside the box on some areas and made me realise that I sometimes rush things!
