Course description
After completing this course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed investment decisions. You will have the opportunity to have regular calls with a personal mentor, gaining practical experience managing your own investment portfolio for at least three months, and making multiple educated investment decisions using either real or paper money.
In addition to this practical experience, you will have developed a solid understanding of budgeting, saving, and regular investing habits, which are foundational skills essential to building a successful investment portfolio. You will also have a good grasp of fundamental analysis, which you will have applied to real-life examples to evaluate investment opportunities based on a company’s financial statements.
Furthermore, you will have an in-depth understanding of technical analysis and how it can be used to identify trends in stock prices and market behaviour. You will have applied this knowledge to real-life examples, further reinforcing your skills in a practical setting. You will also be equipped with a range of tools to manage investment risk and volatility, including a dynamic investment strategy and a trading plan that can be adjusted to suit your individual return expectations and risk tolerance.
Finally, at the end of the course, you will have access to weekly 1-to-1 sessions to help you get started with your own investment decisions and put your new skills into practice. This personalised support will be invaluable as you begin to apply your newfound knowledge and skills to real-world investing scenarios.
