Our masterclasses have been aligned to theCompetency Framework for Governance Professionalsto help governance professionals to develop confidence and practical skills to apply the fundamental principles of good governance.
This half-day virtual classroom session is designed to support governance professionals in developing the practice of personal resilience. Identified as an essential skill for governance professionals in today’s business environment, the course will cover:
- The Resilience business case
- What is resilience?
- Energy
- Mindsets
Participants will also be introduced to theoretical models of ‘The Tree’ ‘FLOW’ and 3 P’s and how the application of their principles may be applied to equip governance professionals in developing their own personal resilience.
The course also encourages participants to reflect on their own personal resilience by enabling them to recognise:

- Talents and strengths
