Whether you are thinking about setting up in business, making cakes and cupcakes for special occasions or just an avid enthusiast, The Manchester College can offer the perfect course to provide you with the skills and knowledge to be successful within the hospitality and catering industries.This highly practical, 10-week part-time course will teach you cake decoration techniques to produce the perfect cupcake or celebration cake. Secondly, you will be taught a range of decorating mediums such as royal icing and sugar paste, creating flowers and modelling figurines.
