The Art of Plated Desserts Course is perfect for beginners and avid enthusiasts who wish to learn the essential skills and tricks from the trade to impress their dinner guests. Whether you enjoy hosting dinner parties or are just an avid enthusiast, The Manchester College can offer the perfect course to provide you with the skillls and knowledge to be successful within the hospitality and catering industries.This 6 week, part-time evening course will have a strong practical emphasis initially introducing you to the many different recipe techniques to produce the perfect desserts. Secondly, you will be taught the different finishing techniques to capture the perfect plate, manipulate chocolate, fruit coulis and plated assiettes.
